Sunday morning church services: 5 Dec at 10.30am at St Margaret’s for the Livingston congregation. Service is live streamed
0-18 Sunday mornings: Pre-school and Primary groups run during the live services (5 Dec is for the Livingston congregation). You will be able to drop off and register your young person from 10.15. Mighty Mungos continues online for those unable to attend in person.
St Mungo’s Carol services will be on Sunday 12 December at 11am at St Margaret’s for Livingston (this is not going to be livestreamed), Invites available.
On 12 Dec there is no 10.30 Balerno or 6.30 service service (there is an 8.45), why not meet with your house group or church friends socially that day?
Sunday 19 December carols at 4 and 7pm at Heriot Watt for the Balerno congregation. Children’s groups at 4pm, livestreamed at 7pm. Invites available.
New daytime housegroup in Livingston is planned for January. Open to anyone, of any age, who is available on Tuesday mornings. To express interest contact kate.yates@stmungos.org
Balerno Farmers Market, Saturday 11 December, 9am-1pm. Teams from St Mungo’s will be hosting a stall (giving away carol service invitations and kids crafts) and distributing Bethany Caring Christmas trees during the market. If you’d like to get involved for all or part of the time, please contact andrea.brewster@stmungos.org for the stall and emmagalloway@gmail.com for distributing Christmas trees.
Balerno Christmas Tree Trail, Saturday 11 December, 9am-4pm Harmeny School are hosting this year’s event and St Mungo’s will take part with a decorated tree. If you live locally, come along and enjoy the trail and use it as an opportunity to connect with others in the community.

Balerno Youth on Sunday 5 Dec will meet for their Bible Study at 6:30-8pm at church building, Ladycroft. Parents are welcome at Kenny and Suzie Erasmuson’s during the session if they wish.
Youth Alternative Christmas Party. On Friday 10 December. Just a reminder to parents about our Christmas Gift Exchange at this event, so please make sure your young people remember to bring a fun pair of socks and a mug to exchange (they can be Christmassy, novelty, funny etc!)
Youth Weekend Away Date for diary for parents of all S1-S6 (both sites): 11-13 February 2022. Consent Forms and further information will be issued in the very near future.
